1 General Provisions

These Terms apply to all services, products, software, content, and information on the betbst platform. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are agreeing to these Terms of your own free will and in a sound state of mind.

Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. You must notify betbst's support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. betbst will not be liable for any activity carried out by a third party without authorization, unless you immediately notify betbst of that unauthorized access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betbst may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. betbst reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on betbst is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This limit applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). betbst generally completes withdrawals within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is in progress.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions using a third party's bank account or mobile banking number are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the full amount may be forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betbst offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promo offer only once.
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.
• betbst reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, betbst may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Each promo offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on that offer's page.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid when it has been successfully confirmed in the betbst system. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues will be considered void and the relevant funds will be returned.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by the game provider's system. betbst does not alter game results in any way. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's logs will be considered final evidence.

6.3 Sports Betting

betbst's odds are final for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA international tournaments), and other sports. If any event is cancelled, suspended, or incomplete, betbst will settle the bet in accordance with its policy.

6.4 Live Casino and Slot Games

betbst will not be liable for any internet disconnection that occurs while playing live casino games or slot games. betbst reserves the right to cancel a round in the event of abnormal wins or losses caused by a system error.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be immediately closed:

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, etc.).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collaborative fraud with other users.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or breaching the platform's security.

7.2 Fair Play Commitment

8 Intellectual Property
